Social/profile info: where you interact with us via social media or integrate accounts.

Third-party and integrated platform data: data processed by Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, RentCafe, and similar services, subject to their privacy policies.

Sensitive or protected category data: SSN, driver’s license, background check info—collected only as needed for leasing, identification, or legal compliance.
We may also process de-identified and aggregated data for analytics and business intelligence.

Directly: Forms, applications, event RSVPs, communication by phone/email/SMS.

From vendors and platforms: Leasing and resident portals, payment processors, tenant screening services, and marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads/Analytics, Yardi/RealPage/Entrata integrations).

7) Your Choices and Rights
