How do I apply for an apartment at The Pulse OKC online?
Use the secure application form on this page. If the form does not load, use this link. Submit the form and pay the application fee to start screening.
What documents do I need to apply?
Government-issued photo ID, proof of income for the last 3 months, rental history or landlord contact, and employer details. Students or medical residents can upload an enrollment or offer letter.
How long does approval usually take after I submit my application?
Most decisions are returned within 1–2 business days after we receive all documents, depending on rental history, criminal background, and income.
What are the application and admin fees and are they refundable?
The application fee is $50 per applicant and is nonrefundable. The admin fee is $100 and is nonrefundable if you cancel before signing. Any holding fee is applied to move-in costs if you sign.
Is the application first come, first served or based on screening outcomes?
Applications are reviewed in order received. Approvals are based on screening results and unit availability.
Can I start an application and finish it later?
Yes. Create an account in the application portal to save progress and return later. We highly recommend you fill it out in its entirety to secure the desired unit.
How do I check the status of my application?

What lease terms are available for studios at The Pulse OKC?
Typical lease terms are 12 months, with options from 3-14 months based on availability. Shorter terms may include a monthly premium.
After approval, how long do I have to sign the lease?
You will have 24–72 hours to sign and pay required fees. After the deadline, the unit may be released.
Can I transfer my application to a different floor plan if one opens?
Usually yes. Ask the leasing team to transfer your approval to another available studio. Pricing and move-in dates may change.
Can I apply with a pet, and what are the pet fees and breed rules?
Yes. Pet rent is $30 per month with a $300 nonrefundable pet fee. Breed and weight guidelines apply and one animal is allowed per unit. Assistance animals are reviewed under applicable laws with no pet fees.
What happens if my preferred move-in date changes after I apply?
Contact leasing to update your date. We will try to accommodate, but changes can affect pricing and availability.
Can I place a hold on a specific floor plan or unit, and for how long?
Yes. A deposit of $200 can reserve a unit for up to 14 days after approval. The fee may be returned upon move out if there is no damage to the unit.
